Apart from mining it and true creation, are there any other ways to make it? Any obscure Wall spell that lets you pick what its made of? Would one technically just be able to make it out of Wall of Ice and Create Ice Object?
I could just use walls of iron, but I really want a resilient ice fortress. Is there a way to make Ice castle an instantaneous feature so it says around? That would be quick and easy.
