Can these two abilities stack damage?

Divine might
As a free action, spend one of your turn or rebuke undead attempts to add your Charisma bonus to your weapon damage for 1 full round.

Smite evil
Once per day, a paladin may attempt to smite evil with one normal melee attack. She adds her Charisma bonus (if any) to her attack roll and deals 1 extra point of damage per paladin level. If the paladin accidentally smites a creature that is not evil, the smite has no effect, but the ability is still used up for that day.

Yes, both are untyped bonuses. Though some DMs don't like stacking the same attribute several times and might house rule them to not stack.

One adds cha to hit, one adds it to damage. Even if they were typed bonuses of the same type, they'd still work together because they apply to different things.

Also seriously check to see if you can use the older version of Divine Might. It was printed in 3 different sources before Complete Warrior, all of which it got to last Cha mod rounds. Then in CW it got inexplicably nerfed to a single round, in a move that did nothing but annoy paladins who wanted something useful to do with their turning attempts.

Hupp! That's what I get for not reading stuff properly before answering. Thanks!

The old version of cha mod to damage for cha mod rounds (Defenders of the Faith, 3.0) is certainly better and definitely more useful! Don't know why it was nerfed anyway. It stacks beautifully with Divine Vigor when used that way.
