Optimizing 2X Debuff Thralls

A party member is aiming at being a Thrallherd. That means, eventually, two level 17 folks ready to serve. While there is a lot of utility, and a lot of cheese, that can be build here; she really wants to use them primarily as mobile debuffing platforms to reduce the saves on people she wants to Dominate.

Thrall 1: Melee Debuffer;
Paladin of Tyranny 3/Hexblade 4/Binder 5/Knight of the Sacred Seal 5

Stand next to someone with Hexblade debuff pet; maybe curse them, maybe use intimidate skill on them, maybe use a poison that will sicken them or attack their wisdom?

-8 all saves being near them, potentially -2/4 from intimidation, -2 from Hexblade curse potentially -2 (or more) from poison?

Thrall 2: Ranged Debuffer;
Bard 10/Dirgesinger 1/Evangalist 1/Fate Spinner 5 <---could use something to replace all that Bardness so long as it advances spell-casting

Doomspeak and Haunting Melody feats; use a ranged weapon with poison

-10 from Doomspeak, -10 from Fate Spinner, force Re-roll with Fate Spinner, -2 from Dirge Singer, -4 from Evangalist. Can escalate fear with partner with Haunting Melody. Possible poison effects. Bard spells won't hurt.


Any obvious source of save debuffing (especially Will save debuffing) I am missing?
Any easy way to sicken?
Any good Will-busting poisons?
Any spells that would help?

Is Dragon Magazine an allowed source? Additionally, is Hyperconscious (one of the best psionic supplements) an allowed source? These both affect my advice.
