Something Similar to Beget Bogun

Are there any spells similar to Beget Bogun, that can be used to permanently create a construct or something similar to the original spell, that does not have the homonculus backlash damage (if it dies you take 2d10 damage)

Not that I'm aware of. Most Wizards settle for Unseen Servant.

I dunno, but is there any way to prevent the XP backlash damage for a slain familiar?

What specific thing are you trying to accomplish? Like, awaken sand (Sand, 111) can get you a large animated object on a long term basis.
