Duskblade Arcane Channel Questions

I have two questions related to arcane channel.

1. When using the poison spell feat, you can use injury or contact poison, and the feat specifies that if you use an injury poison, the spell that you poison must deal damage to make use that injury poison. I was wondering if you channel that poison spell if the damage from your weapon would be enough to satisfy that requirement. For example, if you could channel a touch of fatigue and still make use of an injury poison so long as you dealt damage with your weapon.

2. Can you charge with arcane channeling?

1. Poison Spell requires that the spell does damage. Weapon damage is calculated separately from the spell, so no.

2. Arcane Channeling is a standard action and is not explicitly listed as something you can do after a charge, so no you cannot. However you may be able to use Full Attack Arcane Channeling in conjunction with the pounce ability, as pounce lets you perform a full attack after a charge and Full Attack Arcane Channeling is a full attack action.

You could ask your DM to houserule poison spell to work in conjunction with channeled non-damage spells (the idea is that injury is required for the poison to work after all).
