I decided to flesh this one out a little bit more, but the full list of feats is right there with everything else. Only thing I didn't do is give it any money or items.

Human, 20th-level Generic Warrior
Medium Humanoid (Human, Psionic)
Hit Die: 20d10 (214 hp)
Initiative: +0
Speed: 30ft., Fly 15ft.(average), Swim 30ft.
Armor Class: 20 (+10 natural armor)
Base Attack/Grapple: +20/+29
Attack: Tentacle +24 melee (1d6+5)
Full Attack: 2 Tentacles +24 melee (1d6+5)
Space/Reach: 5ft./10ft.
Special Attacks: Spell-like Abilities
Special Qualities: Damage Reduction 5/Byeshk, Darkvision 100ft., Immunity Altitude Fatigue and Altitude Sickness, Power Point Reserve 20, Resistance to Cold 5,
Saves: Fort +15*, Ref +6, Will +5*
Abilities: Str 21, Dex 10, Con 16, Int 10, Wis 8, Cha 12
Skills: Balance +2, Climb +14, Diplomacy -18, Disguise -20, Gather Information -20, Handle Animal -20, Hide +14, Listen -4, Search +2, Sense Motive +23, Spot +18, Survival +20, Swim +12
Feats: Aberrant Dragonmark, Aberration Blood (Bulging eyes, Flexible Limbs, Segmented Eyes, Sticky Fingers, Tail, Webbed Hands), Bestial Hide, Deepspawn, Durable Form, Greater Aberrant Dragonmark, Improved Natural Attack, Inhuman Reach, Inhuman Vision, Lesser Aberrant Dragonmark, Mark of Madness, Mark of Xoriat, Scavenging Gullet, Starspawn, Warped Mind, Waterspawn
Flaws:Inattentive, Shaky

Other Information
+4 Racial Bonus on Fort saves vs ingested poisons and diseases*
+10 Will saves vs mind affecting spells and abilities*
Can breath in Air and Water with equal ease.

Spell-Like Abilities:
3/day-Burning Hands (DC 12), Lesser Confusion (DC 12)
2/day-Rage
1/day-Flame Strike (DC 15)
Caster Level 13th

One premise this depends on, is that given that Aberrant Dragonmark can be treated as an aberrant feat and counts for aberration blood, logically the feats that specifically require Aberrant Dragonmark should count as Aberrant feats too.

Humans do not have racial Ex flight so lets add that via our feats. We'll use Silverbrow Human to give a bonus feat and the dragonblood subtype (no need for the Dragontouched feat). Dragon Wings and Improved Dragon Wings will cost use 2 feats.

I like my fighters to deal disabling conditions. So lets add Three Mountain for the nausea. Boomerang Daze is better but I like melee and avoid using Aptitude for combat styles. This will cost 5 feats (Power Attack, Cleave, Improved Bull Rush,Weapon Focus-Morning Star, Three Mountain)

I like lockdown fighters so lets get some reach. Since we are using a non reach weapon we will need to obtain natural reach. We can go with Deformity: Tall or Inhuman Reach here. Aberrant Blood into Inhuman reach does not restrict our alignment so lets use that at the cost of 2 feats.

A lockdown fighter kinda wants feats like Combat Reflexes, Improved Trip, Combat Expertise, Standstill and Knock-Down. 5 feats

Total so far: 14/21

We seem to have a lot of AoO potential (reach + combat reflexes). So lets broaden the triggers and the uses. Evasive Reflexes, Robilar's Gambit, Martial Study(Vanguard Strike), Martial Stance(Thicket of Blades)

18/21

Lets add immunity to fear: Fearless

19/21

Lets add Iron Heart Surge 1/encounter just to be safe. 2 feats

21/21

Silverbrow Human Generic Warrior 20
1) Dragon Wings, Aberrant Blood(Flexible Limbs), Fearless, Inhuman Reach, Combat Reflexes

Silverbrow Human Generic Warrior 20
1) Dragon Wings,
If your going to go that route, you may as well be anthropomorphic, as you save 2 feats for the flight, that's more toughness!

Wasn't the challenge to use the Generic Warrior class? If so, then how do you get the manifester level of 3 (prereq for Expanded Knowledge) with just those feats?

Um, I don't think Anthropomorphic animals fulfill the racial bonus feat requirement of the challenge.

Derp. I should get back to work. This is why being self-employed is...dangerous.

I''ll be back after work to mettle with this.

Edit: Are the warrior feats any feat you qualify for or are they specifically fighter feats? I forget haven't built one but it's important for what kind of build I am thinking of making. might make a few for fun.

For the psychic one you probably are better off using Hidden Talent alt and grab crystal shard. Practiced Manifester should boost that to ML 5 and then you have a crystal shard to fire at ppl.

Being an elf grants 6 bonus Martial Weapon Proficiency feats. All classes other than sorcerer, wizard, and monk gain the Light Armor Profiency feat. Fighters, barbarians, paladins, clerics, druids, and bards all gain the Medium Armor Proficiency feat. Fighters, paladins, and clerics gain the Heavy Armor Proficiency feat. Barbarians, bards, clerics, druids, fighters, paladins, and rangers all gain the Shield Proficiency feat. And fighters gain the Tower Shield Proficiency feat.

So with DCFS, an elf who takes a single level dip in fighter has 12 feats at level 1.

I am confused at how this is applicable to the challenge (Human Generic Warrior 20) listed in the OP.

Human Psychic Warrior 20.
There you go.

The challenge was to see what you can do with a big stack of feats. More fun can be had with non-generic-warriors (sometimes), so Fax made one.

Race: Desert Kobold (Bonus feats (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20060420a): Martial Weapon Proficiency (Heavy Pick), Martial Weapon Proficiency (Light Pick))
18 Con (17 pts)
All stat buffs in Con
1: Dragonwrought
1-20: 19*Epic Toughness

HP: 10 + 19d10(104) + 120 (con) + 570 (19*Epic Toughness)
Total HP: 804 (+-84)

So buff.

I like how the Warrior is pretty much objectively better than the Fighter. What does the Fighter have over it? Tower Shield Proficiency and Armor Proficiency (heavy)?

For what its worth you can get 11 more feats by taking Vow of Poverty. They have to be exalted though, but you may be allowed to switch them out using Embrace/Shun the Dark the Chaos.

I don't think Elf proficiencies count as feats, and if they do then the proficiencies from classes should count too, so being a Fighter you all those same "feats" plus many other proficiencies anyway. You gain nothing by being an Elf here.

The general argument is that under the entry for Elf it specifically says they gain the Martial weapon proficiency feats for those weapons as bonus feats whereas in the classes it just says they ARE proficient with those weapons. AFAIK Elf is the only spot where it calls out being given the feats themselves.
