Illumian+Wizard quick question

If you are an Illumian Wizard with Aeshkrau; will that then translate into the Abruant Jaunt Wizard getting the jaunt keyed off of strength, or will it always be off of Int since Aeshkrau only works for spells?

Abrupt Jaunt isn't a spell. Aeshkrau wouldn't do anything.
