Pixie Arrows

Greetings! I have a player in my campaign who rolled a pixie character.

A bard/lyric thaumaturge, to be precise.

Reading the pixie entry, these fey have access to special arrows. The player started with 20 of these, but what happens when they are spent? Are there any official rules on how a pixie could craft more? Would she need a feat or a special ritual?

Hmm interesting question, in the monster stat block it simply listed as a special attack.(which means its use could be effectively unlimited). However its not listed in the section of "pixies as characters." So the player doesn't get them.

I had this come up a while back and I ruled that they are created ex-nihilo as needed but only usable by the pixie that made them, and they can't be stockpiled.
