How legit is making up your own god? is there a RAW reason i can totally do this at any time? if so, can i use that god for Divine Crusader? is there delicious sauces?

Exactly as legit as your DM says. Unlike clerics, Divine Crusaders can't worship an ideal, and there are no rules specifically allowing players to make more deities.
