Sorcerer and Oracle question

Ok so both key off Cha right but both have spells learned.
Could you realistically have a very powerful caster? Having both offensive/defensive and utility spells. Especially if you got double bonus from human.

Probably, but it's Gestalt.
Gestalt can get silly like that.

I love gestalt because characters seem more interesting.
So unless u use the surge they are just good not great then?
