Suggestions for a Nuker

Hello again, guys!!

I'm starting a new character, but I'm not used to wizards, and even less for for offensive spells (I'm more of a support, like bards or stricker like a rogue, for expample)

The facts are:

Illumian level 12, access to any spell, the only rules in the adventure are: No space or time magic. (like blink, planar portal, etc. or haste, slow, time stop, etc.)

The Mailman (http://community.wizards.com/forum/previous-editions-character-optimization/threads/1765181) is generally the best way to make a blasting caster, though being a wizard as opposed to a sorcerer loses you the nifty sorcerer only spells like Arcane Spellsurge and Arcane Fusion.
