I'm part of a three 10th level PC party. (along with my 8th level cleric cohort)
1. High OP Conjurer - tool box
2. DMM Cleric - damage/party buffing
3. Me - damage and sponge
I'm a hodgepodge of level dipping as this was my first character in D&D.
My character is starting the Church of Cuthbert in this area.

6-crusader (healing, taunt, mitigation)
1-sorc (use my (white) raven familiar to communicate with my churches, shrines
1-Cloiserted cleric (for knowledge devotion and god RP)
sword sage dip (shadow teleports/pearl of black doubt stance)
Warblade dip (mithril tornado, Iron heart surge)

Feats
1 Combat Ex
hu Imp Trip
3 Ex Granted Man
6 Leadership
9 Might Makes Right
SwordSage Weapon Focus
Flaw: Riposte
12 *plan on taking Land Lord to help build a monastery

Skill trick: Clarity of Vision

Gear:
+1 glamored Full plate (to look like a feeble cleric) *lesser aqua crystal
+1 Variable Tower Shield *lesser aqua crystal
+1 Ring of Prot
+1 Ammy of Nat Armor
+1 Illuminating Axiomatic Flail
Gauntlets of Ogre Might (+2 str)

I constantly declare at least 1 in combat expertise to allow my Riposte feat.
This makes my AC: 28, T13, FF27
With Pearl of Black Doubt my AC gains a cumulative +2, for the round, after every attack that misses me.

The question!!!!!
We all have our niche rolls in this small party and I'm trying to salvage any OP possibilities as I can.
My niche being: I'm in your way-you must hit me-but you can't.

My ideas so far:
Purchase +1 Smoking armor spikes for a constant 20% miss chance. (also helps with opponents trying to grapple me)

Other than that--just upgrading my +1's to +2's then my +2's to +3's

So far most creatures our party has come across have to roll a 17 or higher to hit me. But I know this will change soon... So any other ideas on easily or cheaply boosting my flat AC or reasonable ways to increase miss chance? As well as ways to force enemies into hitting me, outside of crusader maneuvers.

Adding: Would permanency or wished Reduce person for the +1 AC, among other things, be worth the gold for this?

The money spent there would be better served in getting an item that gives you Blur or Blink.

Well, to be a "none shall pass" type you want to be polymorphed into a gelatinous cube. Then you just need to work on your AC.

Not sure how I'll be able to execute maneuvers or take advantage of stances as a blob.
