* what kind of comic do you want to make
* what tools do you already know/have ?
* budget (time, money)

but seriously I guess specifically for comic-making there's Manga Studio

For comic-making specifically, Manga Studio is where it's at. Don't be fooled by it's name, it's fine for Western Comics as well. Don't know about strips, though.

How much does it cost? I'd rather do a free one if u know any.

I believe it's $40, maybe $50 for the non-premium version. Not sure anything good and free exists. You might be able to do some decent paneling in Paint.net.

Inkscape is free and can be used to make comics. I've not personally made any comics with it, but some of the other playgrounders have :smallsmile: It's comparable to Adobe Illustrator.
