Evil Alchemist Type Dude?

I'm having problems trying to come up with (Just to even start) a base class or race that'd I'd exactly want for an "evil" Alchemist. This alchemist specifically is going to be working with the main PC's trying to make himself stronger in our "Base Town" usually researching and "Experimenting" on his own. Once the PC's figure something out or they piss him off though he is going to lash back and attack but I need some ideas around the Race, Class, How to build, and How to play.

i believe PF's alchemist base class should handle all your class needs, with back ported skills if necessary. In regards to race in a fan of races that don't mesh with classic archetypical images of the class. so something with int as a racial penalty and/or being big and burly in stature.
