Just have a quick question, as a cleric say you have the knowledge domain, travel domain, protection domain, and law domain offered from a deity.

Say the cleric chooses to have the knowledge domain and the travel domain at 1st level. Could the cleric take the knowledge devotion or travel devotion feat later, or can only the protection devotion and law devotion feats be selected later since they are the only domains not currently "in use" by the cleric?

A cleric's choice of domains only affects his ability to select devotion feats in that he can choose to forgo choosing a domain and get the corresponding devotion feat in its place.

Your example cleric could choose any of the feats corresponding to his god's domains regardless of the domains he's chosen for granted powers and domain spell options.

You can take both a domain and the corresponding devotion feat if you want.

Edit: Ninja'd
