Caster Level Feats

For some reason I feel like I remember seeing a feat that essentially makes your caster level the sum of all classes that cast. it could possibly be only classes that cast arcane or some such.

Am I crazy? am i remembering a feat that does something similar but not nearly as powerful?

The closest thing I can think of to something like that would be the Practiced Spellcaster feat, wich increases your caster level by 4, but up to a limit equal to your character level, for one of your caster progressions.

Dragon Magazines have some theurgic feats that combine caster levels for some spells/schools IIRC.
Nar demonbinder has a caster level = his class level + any other arcane caster level
Ur priest and true necromancer have a similar ability.
