Easiest I know... DWARF DOMAIN!!! Bwa hahahaha!

Do you need to be a Dwarf to take it? I'd say no...

I swear there was one other domain or some other way to get it...

As for getting it via class, I've got this:

A Scout (CAd) gets it as a bonus feat option at 4th, 8th, 12th, 16th, and 20th level.
A Warblade (ToB) gets it as a bonus feat option at 5th, 9th, 13th, and 17th level.
A Vassal of Bahamut (BoED) also gets it as a bonus feat option at 3rd, 6th, and 9th level.
A Bear-Totem Barbarian (UA) gets it as a bonus feat at 3rd level.
A Waste Barbarian (Sa) gets it as a bonus feat option at 5th level.
A Cloud Anchorite (Fr) gets it as a bonus feat option at 3rd and 7th level.
A Knight (PH2) gets it as a bonus feat option at 5th level.
A Savant Can take it as a bonus feat at 2nd Level

Any other ideas?

Belt of Endurance (10 kgp) from A&EG gives +2 Con and Great Fortitude. You can probably convince your DM to let you reverse engineer the Great Fortitude feat off of it for 10k - 4k (for the +2 Con) = 6 kgp.

Really, I could think of worse side benefits to stick on a stat boosting belt for high level play. A +6 con belt (upgrade the enhancement per magic item creation rules) that gives great fortitude is not a bad item. Combine with a few layers of belt of healing and you are rather set.

Call it the belt of the eternal warrior. It wouldn't even be that expensive at 20th level.
