Any BlazBlue fans have an idea of how to build this guy as a PC in Pathfinder? The less homebrew the better. Any race is suitable but +0 LA/10-15 race points is ideal. If there aren't any suitable options in PF, a 3.5 adaptation would be OK.

If non BlazBlue fans want to help, here's a good indicator of his fighting capabilities:

Note: He's *definitely* Chaotic Evil.

Warblade or Magus wielding a Spiked chain. Warblade approximates his fighting skill better but Magus makes better use of his high intelligence, and IIRC in the lore he was pretty good with magic. You are gonna need to enchant his chain or get ahold of a Mind Rape-like spell somehow, otherwise, just take a lot of mobility options. Half of the people in BlazBlue move through the air like it was a second ground. And Lunge. Gotta have lunge on a guy who can shoot his chain straight out like a seeker missile.

Flavor-wise, daggers are his primary weapons, and Ouroboros is his Drive (IE: Magic). The easiest way to replicate his fighting style would be Psychic Rogue or PsiWar with the right fluff on his powers (namely Telekinetic Maneuver). Mechanically, a Chain Tripper would be the most efficient way to mimic him (if PF didn't nerf tripping).

The Kusari-Gama, if it still exists in PF as it did in the 3.5 DMG, does a nice mix of both. See if you can get that allowed. Also porting the Swordsage (for Setting Sun+Tiger Claw maneuvers, as a lot of his really good combos involve his j5C and his 623D, aka his arial "heavy" attack and his anti-air command move).

Magus is also a good representation of his control over Ars, as noted above.
