If you polymorph and you have frightful presences from a feat instead of a racial ability. Does it stay active no matter what form you take?

Unless your polymorph disqualifies you for it, you'll keep it. I haven't read the feat, but remember that Polymorph changes your type, subtype, and physical attribute scores.
