Poison Immunity and Drugs

Would drugs (BoVD) count as poisons for poison immunity, I am not sure in this case wether or not they would

Given that alcohol does I would presume so. However if it is written in a unclear fashion then you should ask your gm.

It says that drugs 'function like poison' and then goes on to say that the usual poison-removers 'and similar effects' work as usual on drugs.
So I'd say a definite 'yes' to your question: Immunity to poison is also immunity to drugs by RAW.
