does anyone have a listing of damage from objects do by weight?
ie i pick up a 50 lb crate and throw it at some one?

There's a chart on page 159 of complete warrior.
From 2-400 lbs does between 1d6 and 5d6 damage. For every 200lbs over 400, you add another 1d6.
I don't think the full chart is OGL, so I can't post it here in it's entirety.

Not quite, you calculate the damage for sharp objects as though they were objects of double the weight. This should come out to quite a bit less than double damage.

Oh, right. Forgot about that. >.<
It's pretty close to double damage though, being y=2x-3, where x is the damage of the blunt object and y is the damage of the sharp object, for weights greater than or equal to 400 lbs.
