Flurry with twf and double hit

Ok so I know you need twf in order to get double hit. I also know that twf stacks with flurry of blows, but one thing I wonder is would the double hit stack with the extra attacks from twf or how would that all work. To try and clear it all up say a level 8 monk with flurry has three attacks, so how many attacks would he have with twf and double hit.

Flurry is only during a Full Attack
Two Weapon Fighting is only during a Full Attack
Double Hit mimics the minimum of Two Weapon Fighting during an Attack of Opportunity

So Monk 8
Full Attack (4 attacks): Unarmed Strike, Unarmed Strike, Unarmed Strike, Secondary Weapon
Attack of Opportunity (2 attacks): Unarmed Strike, Secondary Weapon
