Am I calculating this right? The cost seems low.
I realize this is a custom staff and so needs DM approval. It has a theme that I think makes sense. What do you think? What would you change?
Staff of Life Energy CL 9th

Cost: 375*9*5 / 5 = 3375 gp
Restoration (lvl 4), 5 charges
Cost: (375*9*4 + 50*100) *0.75 / 5 = 2775 gp
Death Ward (lvl 4), 2 charges
Cost: 375*9*4 * 0.5 / 2 = 3375 gp
Vigor, Lesser (lvl 1), 1 charge
Cost: 375*9*1 * 0.5 = 1687.5 gp
Cure Light Wounds (lvl 1), 1 charge
Cost: 375*9*1 * 0.5 = 1687.5 gp
Total Cost: 12900 gp
Followup question: I could swear I've heard staves are rechargable but I'm not finding that in the DMG. Is it elsewhere? Seems like I've asked this before. I apologize.
