Is there any way to achieve this?

If Pathfinder is allowed, you can take Crusader's Flurry, pick a deity with the longbow as a favored weapon, and go to town. This will require a dip in cleric and weapon focus longbow, so at 1 class level, and two feats, its not cheap.

Edit: Although I now feel dumb cause if you could use Pathfinder you could just use Zen Master. And the fact that you specified 3.5.

Edit 2: With 2 levels of Soulknife, 1 of Soulbow, and the Flowing Blade feat, you gain the power to summon a composite longbow that counts as a monk weapon, can generate its own arrows if you don't have any, and adds your Wis bonus to damage (combine with Zen ArcheryCW and you never have to care about Str or Dex again).
