Ok, so imagine you have a cleric who wants to bolster his lich friend, they're both level 11, but the cleric rolls +4 level on the turn check. Does this mean the lich is counted as having 15 HD, then +4 from the turn resistance? Or does the bolster override the turn resistance bonus, just making it a flat 15HD, with no additional bonus from turn resistance?
