Identify creature in this image

Can anyone tell me what these flying creatures are in this image (http://i39.tinypic.com/2zpmwbm.jpg)? This is from the Shackled City adventure path. The story goes that the temple is under construction to increase the size of the tower/spire. Presumably these flying creatures bring in blocks of stone. Stone giants move these blocks into place on the tower, and clerics use stone shape to "construct" the tower.

I wanted to describe what was happening in this image, but I don't know what that flying creature is. Once I figure out the creature I'll need a the back story for a level 20 caster to Summon or Coerce this creature to carry stone blocks.

EDIT: Possible Demodand (Shator/Kelubar)? Seems unlikely they would submit to such manual labor.

Having played through the Shackled City adventure as a player, my memory would say that it is one of the Demodants, as I recall that they are the demon-type encountered by the players at that point.
