I,m pretty new to RPGs so this setting may be horrible but here go's. Name or content suggestions welcome.

The World:
Lands:
Khemad: A relatively populous land ruled by a dynasty of priest/kings Khemad is the center of trade for the world.
Government: Khemad is ruled by a powerful emperor, underneath whom is a meritocracy of officials, priests, and military commanders.
Religion: The khemadish worship a number of gods such as Nekemblu and Orsires.
People: The khemadians typically have brown or green eyes, black or brown hair, and bronzy skin. 65% of the population live alone or in small communities with the rest living in towns or cities. Khemadians are the most populous people.
Ecology: Khemad is mostly desert with towns being built be its rivers and lakes.
Magic: Traditionaly khemadish magicians use elemental powers but other styles exist. Magic is fairly uncommon but not unheard of.
Technology: Khemadish bronze-smiths are skilled and able to produce strong tools and weapons. Irrigation, aqueducts, and bridges are known.
The Stygian Empire: An empire of dark skinned giants to the north east of Khemad, the Stygian lords are the masters of the burnt lands.
Government: The Stygian Empire is ruled by a council of feudalistic lords, with the government being based on a hierarchy of lords and vassals.
Religion: The Stygian religion is based on ancestor worship, with ancient venerable ancestor replacing the role of gods. The priests of the "Great Old Ones" are often sought for divinations.
People: The stygians are black skinned giants, around 8 feet tall. The are famous for their stoic attitudes and their harsh treatment of those below them who fail. A surprising number of the Stygian Empires population is human, with the bottom of the social pyramid being slaves and Stygian peasants.
Ecology: While the Khemadish live on the coast of a desert, the stygians live in the center of one. Known as the burnt lands to outsiders, the great Stygian desert is a dry inhospitable land of dark brown stone, sand, and heat beyond measure.
