[3.5] cleric and control temperature

As for as i know, the control temperature spell (frostburn) is a level 3 spell for druids, wizards and sorcerers. Is there a simple way to get it for a cleric?
preferably without the use of a prestige class.
Also rather not having a druid to do it for you...

I've run into a similar case with one of my players, i suggest you discuss it with your DM first. What you could do is remove a 3rd level spell from the Cleric list and replace it with Control Temperature. Since both Clerics and Druids cast the same type of magic (divine) i see no problem with that...
