Question(s) pertaining to the Far Realm

I am going to be running a Far Realm themed campaign soon, and I was wondering if there were any books in specific (besides Lords of Madness and Fiend Folio (FF has a surprising quantity of Far Realm creatures) that features or possesses large amounts of information or creatures relevant to the Far Realm

Elder Evils (Particularly Father Llymic)
All of the Monster Manuals have various things. The Mind Flayers of Thoon come to mind (MMV)
Epic Level Handbook has a few, as does frostburn I think stormwrack might.
EPH and CP have some things and CA has the ever important Pseudonatural Creature template (non-epic version).
There is also a little bit related to the far-realm in the back of the tome of magic.

But nothing off the top of my head that has more than those two books.

Dragon Magazine #330 has an article on it, including some monsters and spells. I'm not the one to ask whether any of it is well balanced, but it does exist.
