Stone Power caps at -5 Attack/+10 temp HP.

Minor Shapeshift gives you temp hp equal to your hit dice. It's a reserve feat and can be used every round. And there is a divine feat that lets you burn turn attemps for temp hp equal to hit dice.

It would not work, because stone power is not power attack. It may work in a similar way and allow you to qualify for the same feats/PrCs/whatever, but it's not the same feat and abilities which work with power attack will not work with it.
