Where are the racial stats for these guys? are they the same as a regular elf or what? I have skimmed through my Ebberon books but someone have not found any.

yup, they are just standard elves, its their culture thats different, not the genetics

From what I can see they have the same stats as normal elves. Aerenal do too.
