So, casters get an abundance of swift and immediate actions, either through the Quicken Spell feat or similar, or in the casting time of spells themselves.

Has anyone done a guide, or know of a list, of swift and immediate actions that are not reliant on spells?

Several items in the MIC have swift and immediate activation times.

What else is there in the way of (non-caster) feats, class abilities, racial abilities and such that grant these actions?

Cheers - T

ToB counters, boost and stances all use swift or immediate actions; that is one of the reasons it is seen as a boost to non-casters.

Re-allocating essentia is a swift action.

Well there's the basic: Drop an Item, Drop Prone and Speak.
Then there are a lot of skills and feats.

Those are all free actions, aren't they?

Imbue with spell ability is a good way for a cleric to give a swift/immediate spell to each of his noncaster allies. Also good for giving a buff round spell. I like close wounds and divine favor. Technically reliant on spells, but useful to those who can't cast spells.

UMDing a wand or scroll of a swift/immediate scroll also works, according to the Rules Compendium.

Most Devotion feats from Complete Champion are Swift or Immediate. Well, the only Immediate one that comes to mind is Protection Devotion.
