Hello. I am interested in building a character with two animal companions and was wondering what will be the most viable way to approach the problem, since the pack lord seems quite weak. The game will start at level 1 and continue all the way to 15 with modest point buy (15 point). The options that I see are as follows:
Cavalier 4 (Gendarme)/Fighter (Dragoon) 11: The feats go mostly to being a supperior mounted combatant with horse and wolf (eldritch heritage: sylvan) companions. Horse Master and Boon Companion to keep the animals up to date.
Cavalier 4 (Huntmaster)/Druid 11: With riding dog and wolf companions, no mounted combat investment, but access to buff spells like animal growth and aspect of the wolf.
Having in mind that the Leadership feat and the Summoner class are off the table - is there better way to achive what I am aiming fore (2 animal companions that can hold their own).
