If I have the Rapid Reload (pistols) feat, and use Alchemical Paper Cartridges, is it a free action to reload?

If it is, as a free action will I still provoke AoO's while reloading?

If so, is there a feat or something to make it not provoke AoO's?

Addendum: Will Rapid Reload (Revolver) make the reload action a free from a move?

Thanks.

Edit: Addendum the Second: Will Rapid Reload (Pepperbox Rifle) make the reload action a free from a move?

Basically, each reload time reducer moves it one step to the right in this spectrum [Full Round -> Standard -> Move -> Free].

One-handed early firearms (such as pistols) have a Standard action as the default reload time, so Rapid Reload (Pistol) would move it down to a Move action, and adding Alchemical cartridges on top of that makes it a free action.

Early Firearms: Early firearms are muzzle-loaded, requiring bullets or pellets and black powder to be rammed down the muzzle. If an early firearm has multiple barrels, each barrel must be loaded separately. It is a standard action to load each barrel of a one-handed early firearm and a full-round action to load each barrel of a two-handed early firearm. It takes three full-round actions by one person to load a siege firearm. This can be reduced to two full-round actions if more than one person is loading the cannon.

Advanced firearms (such as revolvers, rifles, and pepperbox rifles) are by default a Move action to reload. So applying the Rapid Reload feat reduces that to a Free action.

Advanced Firearms: Advanced firearms are chamber-loaded. It is a move action to load a one-handed or two-handed advanced firearm to its full capacity.

Reloading your firearm, however, will provoke AoOs no matter what action it takes.

Is there anyway to avoid this?

I plan on eventually wading into melee with the Gunslinger (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/gunslinger) feat.

Deft shootist would do it (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/deft-shootist-deed-grit) and allows you to do it at level 1

Thanks!

Another question, is there any way to get precise shot via a spell or item?

Edit: Another question, can I reload if I have a buckler strapped to my arm?
