Small sized creatures feats against people bigger than them

I believe their is a feat that gives someone +4 against any creature that is a size bigger than them. Can anyone tell me where it is? I'm playing a sword sage, so +4 armor +6 from dex and wis this +4 would give me a nice ac

Check Races of the Wild, there are a couple/few in there. Confound the Big Folk is one of them.

NO I'm looking for a specific one. I thought it was a racial feat for gnomes of halflings that moves the +4 against giants to any race bigger than them

I believe there is Titan Fighting, which I think is in Races of Stone and does what you are thinking.

EDIT: Yep, checked, requires Dodge and a racial dodge bonus to fighting against giants.

Confound the Big Folk, Underfoot Combat, and Giantbane are all feats that do this sort of thing. There are a few ToB Maneuvers with such effects as well. You can build a fun character based on shrinking or being small already (I like slight-build kobolds for this purpose) and doing silliness to medium-sized people
