If I have the Knowledge Devotion and Law Devotion feats, my familiar doesn't benefit from them does it?

If I have the Knowledge Devotion and Law Devotion feats, my familiar doesn't benefit from them does it?That would be a no. Unless a feat specifies otherwise (such as affecting your familiar directly or generally affecting your allies), your familiar gains no benefit from your feats. It could, however, benefit from your ranks in Knowledge skills if it takes Knowledge Devotion as a feat.
