Does Ur-Priest Stack with any PRC's that increase Divine Spell Casting? So could I take 5 levels of X/10 Ur-Priest/5 Levels of X PRC to continue to increase caster level and Spells known?

No, it UrPriest has its own Spellcasting progression, and does not advance other casting classes.

Caster-advancing classes like most caster PrC's do advance Ur-Priest, but your 5 levels of X before Ur-Priest wouldn't be able to advance it, since caster advancing classes always say "as if she had also gained a level in a spellcasting class she belonged to before she added the prestige class." or some wording very similar to it. So you can't take a level of a caster-advancing PrC (even if you somehow qualify for it) and later apply that level to Ur-Priest casting you did not have available when first taking the other PrC.

As a 10-level PrC, Ur-Priests never get more spells per day than their table indicates, either. Even if you applied 15 levels of effective Ur-Priest casting, there just isn't a table beyond level 10, so while it would continue to increase caster level, it would not further advance spells per day. Additionally, Ur-Priests don't use spells known, they have full access to the cleric list just like clerics.

Yeah The first class was just random Base class to get to Ur-Priest. It was the Increasing Spells per-day I was really asking about. thank you that makes sense.

Sorry, Brain fart. Yes, a Prestige Class can advance a Ur-Priest's casting progression.

This means that once you've got your full 10 levels of Ur-Priest casting, it's a good idea to go with either Heirophant or (if you can qualify for it from one of your previous classes) Dragon Disciple for the last few levels. Neither one progresses your casting directly, which is no loss in this case, but both give other bonuses that are handy (extra spells per day from DD, or a variety of them from Heirophant).
