Given that the build would be
Something 3/targeteer 1/cleric 1/chameleon 10/shiba protector 1

Which feats/spells/items can I use to maximize it's ranged output?

Is it possible to make it Into a 1shot wonder?

Is it possible to make it able to wield both a bow for long range and a bunch of thrown weapons for close combat fighting?

Or at least long range knifes/shurikens

Spells? Greater Magic Weapon. Hunter's Mercy + Truestrike + Sniper's Shot.

Class levels? Cleric1 for these if you don't have them: Knowledge Devotion, Elf, Travel Devotion.
Monk 2 (Decisive Strike with Elvencraft bow, invisible fist.)
Warblade 1 (Blood in the Water).
Rogue 3 (Enough SA for Craven).

Bow? +1 Hank's Energy Splitting Bow.

Feat? Leadership for Fiend of Possession.
