Arcane Sneak Attack 3.5

I'm pretty sure there's a real feat called Arcane Sneak Attack. I've found it online, but I can't locate what book it's in.

Does anyone know where to find it in print?

It's homebrew. Arcane Strike is similar and is actually a real feat. =)

It's a homebrew feat on D&DWiki. Haven't seen a real feat by that name though.

Razing Strike Feat Complete Adventurer gives a bonus to attack sneak attack but
it only applies to constructs or undead (depending on the kind of spell you sacrifice) but it allows you to sneak attack those types, but it's really not worth it. Arcane Strike is better.

I guess you could say the Thrall of Graz'zt though the sneak attack to spell bit they get is a bit underwhelming considering what they give up.
