War Mind using Rage

Barbarian's Rage:
"While raging, a barbarian
cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based
skills (except for Balance, Escape Artist, Intimidate, and
Ride), the Concentration skill, or any abilities that require
patience or concentration..."

War Mind's class abilities:
"At x level, a
war mind learns the x principle of warfare for the
individual combatant.
Calling upon inner reserves of knowledge and
dedication..."

Would you say these clash? Or could both be applied?

You can use the chains while raging, because Ex and Su abilities do not require concentration. But you will not be able to manifest any powers while raging.
