After finishing my old campaign my player's are now playing as all elves battling the drow and fey'ri who aligned thanks to their last campaign. One of my player's wants to play as a star elf, based on being stronger at night. His racial ability supports this and he is aiming for the feats Cormathyr moon magic, Lunar magic, and Knight of stars.

Is there any other feats based solely on it being night time, the moon, or stars? Also is their any enchantment like this?

Well, not a feat, but Book of Exalted Deeds has the spell Stars of Arvandor, which is certainly thematic. It's cleric/druid/ranger 4, sorcerer/wizard 3, and summons orbiting star-points which can be sparked at evil targets.

I think there's also a sun-and-moon PrC from Dragon Magazine, but it's been a while since I looked at that, and I can't recall the details now.

The shooting star ranger ACF provides enhanced spellcasting ability and combines well with the mystic ranger variant. Sword of the arcane order is valuable with both of those.

He wanted to worship a elven god so that puts shooting star ranger and sword of arcane order out of question As for that note i would love to know what PRC Paladan?

Prestige Paladin (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/prestigiousCharacterClasses.htm#prestigePaladin).

Cleric 6/Prestige Ranger 2/X rest

Domains Animal and Moon.

Moon domain gives you some super awesome moon based spells. There are other ways of gaining access to it, for example, a contemplative dip.

Cleric also gives you the ability to persist Moonblade and fight all day with a beam of pure moonlight that also messes up enemy spellcasting!

Love the moonblade idea, actually fits what he wants (actually wants to duel wield weapons). Only problem is he already ranger 2 (starting level of campaign) and does not really want alot of cleric levels. If he choose the moon domain would staying level 1 cleric but advancing ranger (and master of yuirwood) keep him from gaining spells from his domain at the appropriate levels?

Better yet is there a domain ranger? If not, then why not? Would make more sense then domain wizard...

Holt Warden (http://dndtools.eu/classes/holt-warden/) gives you domain slots. However, it's difficult to qualify for unless the player switches to Mystic Ranger.

You can look into other classes that give domains (Seeker of the Misty Isle, Church Inquisitor, Divine Oracle) and then UMD an item of Substitute Domain (http://dndtools.eu/spells/complete-champion--57/substitute-domain--629/)

Edit:
Normal rangers don't get 3rd level slots till level 11... so yeah, frankly, Ranger 2/Cleric 5 is probably the easiest.

However, I do prefer Mystic [Wildshape] Ranger as you may have noticed. =)

Also: Keep in mind, as the DM, you can change the requirements to any PrC you please.

@OP

In Dragon Magazine #340 page 55, there are "Moon-Warded" Ranger Substitution Levels.

If you can convince your DM to allow PF stuff, the Moonlight Stalker (http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/ultimateCombat/ultimateCombatFeats.html#_moonlight-stalker)feat chain is very appropriate. A bit harsh to qualify for, sadly.

Dragon 313 has a "Moonwarrior" feat that grants a minor bonus to attack and damage while in moonlight.

Players' Guide to Faerun has the "Initiate of Selune" feat. It's open to Rangers, Druids, and Clerics, and adds a bunch of moon-themed spells to the spell list.

Great ideas, allowed him to be a moon warden mystic ranger (moon warden features adjusted to meet the changed mystic ranger progression).

Knight of Stars is for the birds. I love the fluff too, but don't ever waste a feat on it.

Look at the Ruathar prestige class in Races of the Wild.
