[3.X] 9th-level spells for 2 classes.

So, I think that I've figured out how to get 9th level spells for both Wizard and Cleric by the following build:

Wizard 3/Clreric 3/Mystic Theurge 10/Arcanist 4

The Arcanist comes in the Ultimate Prestige Classes - Vol I, I think that it is 3.0, so if you've allowed 3.0 material and 3.5 material as well, I would say that having +14 caster level stacks in both classes would be nice enough to finish as Wizard 17 casting and Cleric 17 casting.

Or you can use Wizard 9/Ur-Priest 2/Mystic Theurge 9, and not have to involve shady 3rd party 3.0 material.

I'd put two of the mystic theurge levels after arcane hierophant, so that you can enter hierophant as early as possible without caster level loss (or early entry).

Fair enough. You could also use focused specialist wizard and precious apprentice to get into MT earlier, too.
