Since natural 1 is not an automatic failure in skill checks, any character with knowledge +14 modifier succeeds in all the related DC 15 (and lower) knowledge checks automatically.

Let's imagine that a character has +14 modifier in all the knowledges.
Looking at the monster manual, DMG and PHB, what are the things that this character would now, regardless of the campaign world?

For instance, with Knowledge (nature) +14 you'd automatically know that a Troll Bladerager is "a some sort of troll, but it seems to have had
armor and weapons grafted to it". It's irrelevant if the campaign world has bladeragers or not, but with +14 knowledge check you'd know this automatically.

Since what information exists in the world exists at the purview of the DM, you pretty much by definition cannot know anything that does not exist in the campaign world, ruling out your Battletroll scenario. This being said, you are going to know of pretty much every creature with an unmodified DC of 15 or lower, which covers a obscenely large number of creatures, including pretty much every player race and all of its derivations.
