When binding a vestige and using its ability such as a flame breath or disguise self, what is the save based on to reflex or see through glamer? 10+what? Do you add the spell level alone does binder level come into play does charisma matter seeing as its a cha class? Thanks

I am pretty sure it is mentioned in the book. Saves for binds are 10+ one half effective binder level+ charisma modifier.

Also disguise self doesn't have a save. It just gives a bonus to the disguise check. If a bind mimics a spell or ability without a save then the bind doesn't have a save.

If I recall disguise self has a save upon interaction to recognize the glamer?

yeh you are right. It's in the last paragraph of the spell. It would use the standard Binder DC of 10+one half EBL + charisma.

Illusions with a disbelief save are a special case. In those cases, you only get a save if you interact with it, or if you have reason to believe it is wrong. For instance, simply glimpsing the disguised guy in a crowd wouldn't give you an opportunity to make a save. But if something was obviously off about it - say, the guy was disguised as a vampire in broad daylight, or a drow showing no effect from the sunlight - then you would get a save if you saw him.

That's the point. For a Drow to be up and about in the Sunlight, they'd need those Sundark Goggles. If not, then they're not a drow, and an opposed Disguise Check is in order.
