Hey guys, I need some help building a few BBEG. Shao Kahn especially. I know I can make Shang Tsung easily with Sorcerer and Quan Chi a Battle Sorcerer.

I want to make Shao Kahn be no more than 22-25 level with a minimum of 20 BAB and CL.

Onaga will be 25-30th level with a similar build as Shao Kahn.

A couple campaign specific rules that will be put in place are as follows.

Everyone gets Improved Unarmed Strike.

Any one on one can be declared a challenge in Mortal Kombat.
In Mortal Kombat, nonlethal is used first, followed by lethal.
In Mortal Kombat, anyone brought to 0 nonlethal will be reset after a minute.
After nonlethal is brought to 0, lethal is used.

Characters use stamina to use powers or spells, having a pool of 1/level +CON.
Stamina is restored after every encounter.

Spells cost 1 stamina per SL, 0 level spells are free.

I'd really appreciate some help if possible.

Be any class with shock trooper power leap attack and shred face?

Lion Barbarian Pounce watev will help.

Find someway to first.

Maybe just play a caster with shapechange to get more Con then anyone else.
Are there rules on running away?
How about buffs, can you have buffs before the match?

That helps with the melee aspect, but he is good at magic too, like he taught Shang Tsung.

I think making him Mongrelman will help with CON, CHA may not be needed since he's more of a tyrant, but the hit to INT will sting a bit. I mean, he's ugly under that helm, so yeah it fits.

He'll have Bull's Strength and Bear's Endurance though.

It kinda helps, I figured out about totem Barbarians, I think I'll use the Boar Totem to make him tougher. The two builds are iffy, the Abjurant Champion one has 10 levels instead of 5.

As for the "Lion spirit totem barbarian 2/Fighter feat variant conjuration specialist wizard 6/ Abjurant Champion 10/ unarmed Swordsage 12. Abrupt Jaunt replaces his familliar."

I don't understand a bit of that really. :/ Is it any good?

ESPECIALLY this part:
Fighter feat variant conjuration specialist wizard 6

I was thinking about something though, I think I might add at least 4 levels in Frenzied Berserker for the Deathless Frenzy ability. He'll use it when he's at <10% of his max health. Makes him super cheap since he can't die from blows for a few rounds. He'll get his last few attacks in then too.

This is a class/alternate class feature progression. Details what levels he took, when he took them, and any ACFs he used.

Lion Spirit Totem(Complete Champion, pg. 46) - Trades Fast Movement for Pounce.

Fighter Feat Variant (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#wizard) Conjuration Specialist Wizard - This is a variant from Unearthed Arcana. Instead of the normal Wizard Bonus Feats, they choose from the Fighter list. Conjuration Specialist just means they specialized in the Conjuration school. Immediate Magic is from Player's Handbook 2. It trades the familiar of the wizard for the ability to perform a small bit of magic as a immediate action INT Modifier times per day - the Conjurer's Immediate Magic is called Abrupt Jaunt, and teleports the Wizard 10 ft.

Abjurant Champion - A Prestige Class in Complete Mage (pg. 50). Designed as a Fighter/Wizard who specializes in Abjurations. Gets several boosts to protective magics, 5/5 Spellcasting progression and Full BAB. Not sure how this fellow is taking 10 levels, as it's a 5 level PrC.

Unarmed Swordsage - Tome of Battle. Melee class that uses Maneuvers. Unarmed Swordsages trade light armor proficiency for the Monk's Unarmed Strike progression. This makes them superior to a Monk in possibly every fashion. Swordsages are the closest to quasi-mystical warriors in ToB. Their Maneuvers include things like being able to sneak attack from odd angles, using their opponents weight against them, being able to channel the heat of the desert into their blades, and eventually even being able to do things like move so quickly it seems to be teleportation, balance on clouds, and fly atop pillars of flame.

Now, I only know a little about Mortal Kombat, and even less about Shao Kahn. But this leaves you with a highly mobile combatant with serious magic in his corner. Teleporting around the battlefield, launching gouts of flame and cold, sapping his opponent's strength, and simply ripping their face off are all things this fellow is likely to do in any given fight.
