Slappers
Type: Contact, DC 11
Price: 40 GP
Alchemy DC: 20
Addiction: Medium
Initial effect: +2 Strength for the next 5 minutes
Secondary effect: The user is fatigued for the next 1d3 hours
Side effects: During the effects of the slappers, the user is irritable and snappy, and takes a -2 on all charisma based skills other than intimidate.
The original slappers were made by a mad wizard/figher looking for an extra boost in combat, the effects were very volatile, and he ingested it purely, making it flow through his veins, now he is effectively a corpse, relying on the vile stuff to keep im alive. Now one of his assistants makes the stuff in a form easier to control, little packets slapped onto the skin or through thin clothing.

Noxus
Type: Ingested, 15
Price: 60 GP
Alchemy DC: 25
Addiction: medium
Initial effect: +4 on hide checks as the user becomes very still
Secondary effect: 1 points of constitution damage as the drug slows the heart of the user
Side effects: People who regularly use noxus become very paranoid individuals, and become more and more reclusive the more they use it. and addicts are recognized by their corpse-like appearance and their delusional mutterings.
Noxus are very small bullet shaped pills that when ingested, still the individual to an alarming degree, as well as numbing them of subtle itches, twitches, and similar feelings, allowing them to hide very well. However regular use damages the heart, and frequently addicts will die because of it.
There will be more soon
