So I'm playing a gnome beguiler/ shadow craft mage.
I'm getting close to the level 3 capstone, shadow crafting, and I was wondering what the playground thought were good evocation, or conjuration (summoning,creation) choices to shadow craft.
I think I favor shadow evocation over conjuration for battle, though I wonder how much creation spells have to offer for utility?
As a background this is a dungeon crawl, with a merciless GM. (Too bad he isn't very good at being merciless. One well place legion of sentinels is all I needed to screw up his battle plan.)
Also, because I PC'ed at level 6 I can stretch out advance learning till level 5 or 6 spells come around roughly between levels 11 and 13. Does anyone have any good suggestions for advance learning?
