Just thought I'd share something with you guys I dug up yesterday. There isn't a date on it, but hey, I can assume I was pretty young. You should post your stories too. I'll post somemore when I go home and see if my parents still have some.

The Aliens on Earth

Author's Notes:
Huh? I have no idea. It's like a completely different story on each page. Who is Sloppy? Earth is home? Why were people wreaking the city? What about the aliens? And that is most defintly not a bomb...
But oh well, apparntly I'm a surrealist writer.

Post your own!

I also have no idea what that dude in the upper corner on the first page is saying. BLLL? What?
And why is he wearing an "L" on his head?

It reminds me a lot of zero wing. I know I have one of those around here somewhere...

Clearly he's from asteroid B111. Nice touch in the first panel, having the kid cry for his mommy. Two massive beings fighting each other, too; anticipating a later comic (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0040.html)by Rich Burlew.

I found a few pictures, but not the story I remember. I also found my third grade Iowa Basic test scores that show what a frickin genius I am. :P

Neat!! I started writing stories when I was 6 and I thought that you were supposed to put dots between every:word:like:this. Instead of spaces. And you know what? That story is now roughly 64,000--excuse me, 63,441 (I've edited)--words and has a real plot and an ending. After I'm "done" with the current edit I'm going to try to get it published. Although anyone who's tried knows just how difficult that is!!

Anyway. Cool story, Amotis! =)

Neat, looks like this dinosaur 'story' i wrote in first grade that was actually just pictures of several dinosaurs. I think in 3rd grade i might have written some thing about ghosts going to town to scare a kid 'cause they were bored, but I don't remember where I put 'em.

Who's 'Sloppy'?

Apparantly the leader of the aliens. I'm curious why the aliens and Sloppy were happy to fail in their invasion plan. I wish I could say my stories were better, but they weren't/aren't.

Hey, everyone was illogically happy at the end. That's what matters.

Hehehe, "because of his unusual color" he got towed away? Uh-oh...it's a story about racism...

The second one is violent. 17 things?! Dang. Your use of "plastic coffin" is awesome too.

Why did GI Joe need white to get to the top of the counter?

Hey...I think these stories really belong over in arts and crafts, cause that's where stories and stuff goes.
