Thinking about a monstrous campaign

The idea I have is a monstrous campaign where the players get to build their characters (starting at level 1) with 5 free level adjustment, and then buyoff is allowed. So by 20, you could have played a vampire and be down to 0LA.

This will be a dungeon run where I roll for an encounter. The CR is going to be Party Level + 3. I will be custom tabling (book into creature). They will save, full heal, and level every 3 encounters.

Anything goes that doesn't involve Pun-pun, Near-infinite, or infinite.

So, it got me thinking. What would you build?

Oh, and I'm allowing people to buyoff/initial reduction racial hitdice without losing anything but normal things you lose with HD.
