Hello playground!

Let's say you're going to face an heavy undead part of a campaign, you can use a nearly infinite amount of buffs and still have room for "offensive" spells and have access to 4th level cleric and wizard spells. How would you prepare the party for a big battle?

So far I have found these useful spells:
Hide from undead
Death ward
Sheltered vitality
Celestial brilliance
Undead bane weapon
Sacred item
Moon bolt
Searing light

Any other suggestion? Thanks for any answer!

Light of Venya, 3rd level spell in the Spell Compendium, is also pretty decent, ranged touch 6d6 vs. undead, or heal friends the same amount. Note the fairly long duration (10 min/lvl) until used, so you can have multiples of them going.

If you have access to Book of Exalted Deeds, look through it, a lot of spells are designed for use against undead and evil outsiders. Luminous Armor is a good one from that, the -4 to hit you in melee will help against incorporal touch attacks. Stars of Avandor is force damage, nice against incorporal undead.

Expose the Dead, Spellcasters Compendium, +CL Survival/Track, Listen, Spot, Search vs. undead. Deeper Darkvision, same book, lets you see in magical darkness, which some undead toss around.

And don't forget that Glitterdust, despite being a Will save, works fine to blind undead. Most have no special Blindsight/Blindsense.

Although it's not a spell, it still merits consideration in an Undead-heavy campaign:
By hook or crook, find a way to convince your DM to allow your Cleric to use the Complete Divine Turn Undead variant.
